A: Our beans are expertly sourced globally from the world’s finest coffee origins across South America, Central America, Asia, and Africa. We partner with Ayman Trading, a company with over 30 years of experience, to ensure only the highest commercial and specialty-grade beans are selected.

Q: Is COVÂ COFFEE ground or whole bean?

A: Our primary product is sold as whole bean coffee to ensure maximum freshness. Grinding beans just before brewing is the best way to enjoy their full flavor.

Q: What does “expertly sourced by Ayman Trading” mean?

A: Ayman Trading, based in Slovenia, has 30 years of deep knowledge in the global coffee market. They manage the logistics to ensure our beans are shipped according to optimal harvest times, guaranteeing peak quality and freshness from the farm to our roasters.

Ordering and Shipping

Q: What sizes are available?

A: COVÂ COFFEE is available in several convenient sizes, including 250g, 500g, and 1000g (1kg), as well as bulk options for wholesale partners.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: We aim to process and dispatch all orders quickly. Standard delivery times will depend on your location. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as common digital payment methods.

Returns and Refunds

Q: Can I return coffee if I don’t like the taste?

A: Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for coffee products based on taste preference or if the product has been opened or the seal broken.

Q: What if my coffee bag arrives damaged or is the wrong item?

A: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us immediately at hello@covacoffee.uk within 48 hours of delivery. We will promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund at our expense.

Q: Do you accept returns on non-coffee merchandise?

A: Yes, unopened, unused, and non-coffee merchandise (like equipment or accessories) can be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt. Please see our full Returns Policy for details.

Packaging and Storage

Q: Why is your packaging dark green with a valve?

A: Our packaging is designed for optimal freshness. The deep emerald green color with gold accents minimizes light exposure, and the one-way degassing valve allows naturally released CO2 gas to escape without letting damaging oxygen back in.

Q: How should I store my COVÂ COFFEE?

A: Store your coffee in its resealable bag, in a cool, dark, and dry place (like a pantry). Avoid storing it in the refrigerator or freezer, as this can cause moisture damage and compromise the flavor.
